East Ridge 'Street Walkers' go for a stroll

East Ridge gated community residents (from left) Kay Kelley, Fran Ackema, Mary Anne Atherton, Anne Jackson and Pat Maserjian enjoy a walk while proudly displaying their special sign, made after Wil Gower jokingly called the ladies “Street Walkers” because of their great love of afternoon strolls. The women say they enjoy the activity’s health benefits but appreciate even more the opportunity for socializing.
