Thank you for remembering troops in Iraq

Thank you from our troops in Iraq. With the help of many individuals and businesses we sent 50 boxes weighing 897 pounds to Iraq. The goal was to provide Christmas for 510 troops. Because of your generosity we sent 630 boxes. The boxes were filled with nuts, beef jerky, candy, cookies, hot chocolate, chips, tuna and crackers, games, white tube socks, hygiene items, small Christmas trees and decorations for the tents.

Thank you for supporting our troops. Special thanks for two racing bicycles and a carrier for a raffle to provide postage money. The winner was Bibi Gonzales of Temecula.
