I wouldn’t accuse Mr. Mill of running around and declaring that the sky is falling, but I am curious as to whether or not he himself has alerted the members of Congress to these two pieces of legislation.

As for myself – I knew that they existed and I would find it rather difficult to reach a conclusion that all of the Congressmen, other than the sponsors, are unaware of their existence.

Aside from this, I have forwarded this alert to approximately 2, 600 other individuals.
