SeniorNet holding winter registration

Registration for nonprofit Fallbrook SeniorNet’s winter computer classes will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 19, and Friday, January 26, at the Fallbrook Healthcare Foundation, where the sessions are conducted. No appointment is necessary; just stop by and register.

The following classes, which will begin the week of January 29, are being offered: PhotoShop Elements Level 1, Introduction to Windows XP, Build Your Own Computer, Beginning Computer, Internet and E-mail and Family Tree Maker/Genealogy.

Participating seniors must be current SeniorNet members. There is a fee to join but membership can be obtained as part of registration. There is a class fee for each eight-week course.

Each class is limited to seven students. Knowledgeable instructors, assisted by classroom coaches, provide one-on-one style instruction designed to ensure that all participants are comfortable with the material being covered.

The Fallbrook Healthcare Foundation is located at 135 South Mission Road (across from the library). For additional information, contact Russ Hatfield at (760) 728-0855.
