Borsch, Jackson now accepting limited partnerships

Investment Representative Kent Borsch and Senior Branch Office Administrator Beverly Jackson, both of Edward Jones’ Bonsall office, each have accepted limited partnership offerings in The Jones Financial Cos., the holding company for the St. Louis-based financial services firm.

Edward Jones currently employs more than 30,000 associates in all 50 states and through its affiliates in Canada and the United Kingdom. Under the current partner offering, 12,000 associates received initial limited partnership offerings or were invited to increase their existing ownership in the firm.

“I am honored to be offered this limited partnership. It is a privilege to become part owner of a firm that is so well known and well respected throughout the financial-services industry,” Borsch said.

Borsch, a native of Los Angeles, joined Edward Jones in 1999 and has served investors in Bonsall for the past eight years. In addition, he is active in several local groups, including the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club.

Jackson, a native of Cheyenne, WY, joined Edward Jones in 1999. “I am very thrilled to receive this invitation,” she said. “I’ve always enjoyed my job – it’s both challenging and rewarding – but being invited to become an owner in the company is really exciting.”

James D. Weddle, the firm’s managing partner, added, “Edward Jones is owned entirely by its associates. We believe one of the best ways to reward outstanding associates is to offer them an opportunity to share in the ownership of the company they help build. I’m pleased to say that Kent and Beverly have most definitely earned their limited partnership offerings.”
