FALLBROOK — Interested in a healthy start for the new year? Over a dozen specialty fitness classes and fitness instructors help make Fallbrook Community Center a great choice to help you get in shape in 2007!
Day classes include “Get Fit” Dancerobics, offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 a.m. with instructors Judi Way and Ann Wade. The class incorporates cardio dance, strength training, stretch, yoga and Pilates all in one class. Also offered are Beginning Yoga, Intro to Pilates, and Exercise with Your Baby (moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents and babies welcome too).
