Gem & Mineral Society hosts CINCH meeting

Representatives of the Council Interpreting North County History (CINCH) met January 22 in the Fallbrook Gem & Mineral Society auditorium and exchanged information about their organizations. John Watson, development chair, presented a program describing the Gem & Mineral Society’s history and activities and their efforts to raise funds for the improvement and expansion of their museum. In attendance were representatives of the Encinitas Historical Society (Schoolhouse), Fallbrook Historical Society, Camp Pendleton History Office, Vista Historical Society, Escondido History Center, Louis Rose Society and San Diego Archeological Center.
