Fallbrook Hospital Cardiologist Neil W. Treister, M.D., MBA, FACC will be presenting “Life Balance at Any Age: What it Means” at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 8. Learn about a new understanding of what causes diseases: inflammation, oxidation, autonomic inbalance; how these disease processes cause heart problems; how diet specifically improves your health; the components of exercise and a balanced exercise prescription as well as stress and stress management, practical considerations
Dr Treister received his medical degree from Stanford University in 1980 and is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. He has practiced in Fallbrook and the Temecula Valley since 1989 and was the founding partner of Temecula Valley Cardiology. Dr. Treister now limits his clinical practice to preventive and consultative cardiology.
