General contractors and sub-contractors encouraged to bid on fire station remodel

FALLBROOK- the North County Fire Protection District has advertised the ‘invitation to bid’ in today’s edition of the Village News. The district is accepting bids for the fire station #3 remodel and additions project located at 4157 Olive Hill Rd., Fallbrook. The board of directors and fire department staff encourage all interested local general contractors and sub-contractors to participate in the bidding process. Interested parties should contact Becky Timmers at (760) 723-2008. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the jobsite on Monday February 12, 2007 at 3 p.m. All interested bidders must attend the pre-bid jobsite meeting. Sealed bids will be opened at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2007.
