Cornucopia of succulents to be discussed Feb. 27

FALLBROOK — Jeff Moore, the owner of Solana Succulents in Solana Beach, will present a bountiful cornucopia of rare and beautiful succulents for use in containers or for landscape gardening at the February 27 meeting of the Fallbrook Garden Club. Moore will bring some succulents to donate and sell following the meeting.

Moore developed the idea for the “Succulent Sea,” which was winner of the Best in Show and Sweepstakes Awards at the 2002 Del Mar Fair. It was the inspiration for the Undersea Garden that opened in 2004 at Quail Gardens in Encinitas.
