Organics available at Wee Little Sprouts

Amy and Scott Rowland, owners of Wee Little Sprouts in Fallbrook, are delighted that organic products have made an official shift from trend to culture. These multitalented proprietors hold degrees in wildlife biology and are conservationists.

Witnessing the transition from traditional to chemical-free products has been welcomed by the Rowland family with open arms. “My husband and I live an organic lifestyle,” explained Amy. “We believe in organics and believe in protecting the environment.”

Amy went on to assert that their business vision was to carry products to educate people, since organics have become such an integral part of society. Since its inception three years ago, Wee Little Sprouts has made a surge from three organic lines to currently showcasing nearly two dozen. “Our organic product lines have really grown for us,” said Amy, also noting that the upswing in sales has been the result of eradicating the perception that organic products were more expensive.

More importantly, Amy is noticing how parents are more inclined to have their children be diapered and dressed in organics and is offering these wonderful products. Anticipating the needs of its clients, Wee Little Sprouts sells garments up to sizes seven and eight.

Their Wee Little Sprouts e-commerce business has allowed the Rowland family to expand their organic bedding items, including mattresses from crib-size to king. “My family sleeps on organic mattresses. These mattresses are great and so comfortable,” said Amy. She explained that these mattresses have three layers of natural rubber and each is a different firmness, so they can be adjusted. They are also manufactured with organic cotton and wool.

Amy highlighted the importance of the chemical-free wool mattress pads they offer for toddlers being potty trained: “The wool naturally pushes the moisture up, so if a child piddles on the pad, it won’t soak into the mattress.”

Amy is an ardent supporter of her organic lines because they are so pure. Their chemical-free bath and pregnancy products have soared in popularity. Their Earth Mama - Angel Baby line has been widely accepted by both mothers and mothers-to-be.

Prior to placing new organic products on her shelves, Amy performs in-depth research regarding these various products. Being adept in the field of science enables Amy to see the merit in the products she brings into Wee Little Sprouts.

Amy remains thrilled that more people are introducing organics into their everyday lives: “I really think people are becoming more aware and realizing that they want natural products for themselves and their [families]. They know it’s healthier.”
