Steve T. Johnson

Steve T. Johnson, 89, passed away February 15, 2007, in Bonsall, CA. Born August 19, 1917, in Clovis, NM, he was a resident of Bonsall for 33 years.

Mr. Johnson was a fireman in the Los Angeles City Fire Department, in the USAF during WWII and the Korean War, a former board member of the Fallbrook Fire District and a lifetime golfer.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by wife Barbara in July 2003. He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law Dabe (Mary) Johnson, Fresno, CA, and Gary (Florence) Johnson, Encinitas, CA; grandchildren Peter and Bridget; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 9, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Oakdale Citizens Cemetery, Oakdale, CA.

Donations may be made to the Fireman’s Relief Association.
