The San Luis Rey Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL) will hold a No Ball at All fundraiser to benefit North County philanthropies as well as support their high school scholarship program. NCL will be soliciting donations throughout the community over the next several weeks. Last year, the San Luis Rey Chapter provided six $1,000 scholarships to local non-NCL graduating senior girls.
