Levering presents Paul Harris Fellow Memorial for wife

During a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook, Paul Harris Fellow and club member Richard Levering (right) is presented a memorial plaque, pin and medallion by Frank Baca, also a club member and Fellow, in appreciation of Levering’s funding of a Paul Harris Fellow Memorial in honor of his recently deceased wife, Cicily.
