The Fallbrook Rainbow Girls work as waitresses at the monthly Masonic dinners. The dinners are attended by Masons, Eastern Star Ladies and friends. The Rainbow Girls range in age from 11 to college age and are accepted into the organization based upon their individual characters. The organization has mother advisors and an advisory board to guide the girls in their activities.
