The Storm, a seventh and eighth grade National Junior Basketball team, finished the season with a perfect 10-0 record. The team played other Fallbrook, Escondido and Encinitas teams in their effort toward first place in their division.
“The boys showed character and hard work throughout the season and came together quickly as a very good basketball team. You’ll see these boys’ names on Fallbrook High’s roster in the next few years,” said Coach Brad Tedrick.
The league and team has the support of Fallbrook High School coaches and players. The games are played at the high school and players like starting varsity point guard Corey Clark have gotten involved to help coach and teach the upcoming high school stars.
