Boys & Girls Clubs announce annual gala

FALLBROOK — Excitement is building as the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County announces their annual Auction and Dinner Gala, to be held Saturday, April 14, at Pala Mesa Resort.

This year’s theme, “Reaching for the Stars,” is the highlight of the club’s fundraising program. This event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County by providing necessary funds to continue critical programs and activities serving over 2,000 children and their families in the communities of Fallbrook, Bonsall and Pala.

Mrs. Arlyne Ingold and the Ingold Family Foundation are this year’s Title Sponsor. Additional sponsors to date include Supervisor Bill Horn, Pardee Homes, Coldwell Banker Landmark Group, Paradise Chevrolet and Cadillac and Otis and Linda Heald. (Sponsorships are still available.)

The evening will begin promptly at 5:30 with a silent auction featuring over 100 items, including sports memorabilia, beauty services, dinners, art, jewelry and much more! The evening will continue with dining, entertainment by the Danny D Swing Band and a live auction.

Over 20 live auction items will be offered, including a New York Broadway package, a Pebble Beach golf experience, an AKC-certified puppy, a fantasy vacation anywhere in the world, exotic weekend getaways and much more.

Tracey Moe, this year’s auction chairperson, says, “The Auction and Dinner Gala is yet another way the community can support the mission of the organization to help it maintain its image as ‘The Positive Place for Kids.’” For ticket information, call (760) 728-5871 or visit http://www.bgcnorthcounty.com.
