Anastacio Correa Cortez

Anastacio Correa Cortez, 83, passed away March 10, 2007, in Fallbrook, CA. Born October 20, 1923, in Zacatecas, Mexico, he was a resident of Fallbrook for 40 years. He was an avocado and citrus farmer.

Mr. Cortez was preceded in death by wife Consuelo Correa in August 1987. He is survived by sons Francisco Correa, Fallbrook, Jose Correa, Murrieta, Ignacio Correa, Fallbrook, Ramon Correa, Sun City, and Manuel Correa, Fallbrook; daughters Teresa Correa, Sun City, Leticia Martinez, Fallbrook, Olivia Correa, Fallbrook, and Emilia Rubio, Fallbrook; brother Jorge Cortez, Tijuana, Mexico; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A viewing was held March 13. Funeral and burial at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery took place March 14.
