Fallbrook High School helps the world!

Throughout these last couple of weeks, Fallbrook High School has been extremely active in the Invisible Children program, which helps children in the country of Uganda, Africa. Fallbrook students have been selling bracelets and hats and sending money to help the children. In addition, there was an assembly held to teach kids about the war in Uganda; the video was shown in all of the history classrooms. The students have been taking measures to help these children and they are making a difference.

On Wednesday, March 28, there will be a minimum day and students will be released at noon.

This week, there is an individual I am recognizing for all of her hard work and dedication to the school. She will be leaving the school soon to work at the district office, but she has benefited our school greatly while she was here. Carmen Montejano can be found in the principal’s office and she is a positive person who is always happy to help any student in need. We appreciate all of the time and dedication that she has put into Fallbrook High School and all of its students.

An upcoming event: April 6-13, students at Fallbrook will be on Spring Break.

That is all for this week. Thank you for reading. Go Warriors!
