Seniors receive special care at Nurse Mag's

FALLBROOK — Senior citizens have many choices for residential living in Fallbrook. One they might be unaware of is Nurse Mag’s Senior Assisted Living Homes. Nurse Mag’s has two beautiful homes for independent and assisted living. They offer ’round-the-clock care for seniors 60 and over in a peaceful, relaxing setting.

The founder, Flor Ronquillo, is a Board Certified and licensed Registered Nurse Practitioner who is available to residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Ronquillo has 22 years of experience, education and expertise in nursing and has researched natural alternatives for healing, health promotion and safe environment.

Private and semi-private rooms are available, as are short-term stays for seniors whose caregivers are going on vacation. Hospice service is also available. There is a one-to-three staffing ratio and individualized programming to protect the health of each resident. Caregivers are professionally trained in-house to provide expert personalized assistance.

The home-like environment features bedrooms approved for wheelchair-bound and other non-ambulatory residents, adequate lighting and a fire sprinkler system in each room. The staff has a unique way of preparing healthy and nutritious meals with the right choice of food, cookware and methods of cooking that preserve natural flavor, vitamins and minerals. Other benefits include in-house pet therapy and a serenity garden.

With a mission to provide the highest quality of care to maintain and improve each resident’s daily living, the management is always available to listen to resident and family concerns or suggestions. The rates are affordable and offer great value for excellent care and service. Nurse Mag’s is located at 725 Golden Lane and Flor Ronquillo can be reached at (760) 580-8125 or [email protected].
