RE: 'Layoff notices go out to teachers'

School district employees are either delusional or just trying to pull off great PR. Our declining enrollment is not due to the high cost of housing. Our declining enrollment is due to “White Flight.”

This year alone we lost 100 elementary students due to intra-district transfers to Bonsall. Our students are leaving our schools and enrolling in St. Peter’s, Zion and The New School. At the high school district they’re losing students to Linfield and Tri-City Christian, or the parents are choosing to utilize Oasis and home-school their children.

As long as we cater to the “illegals” in Fallbrook and dummy down the curriculum for illiterate families, we will continue to suffer in our school districts and as a community.
