Kleins celebrate anniversary

Mary and Roy Klein, married March 25, 1944, in Quincy, MA, recently celebrated their 63rd anniversary.

Roy graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in engineering. Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin.

The Kleins have lived in England, Belgium, the Netherlands and South Africa, where Roy was the project manager who designed and built a coal gas diffusion plant that was operated by 25,000 workmen.

The couple purchased a home in Fallbrook in 1980 and moved here upon their retirement in 1987. Roy has been involved with the Fallbrook Healthcare Foundation and the Fallbrook Rotary; Mary takes part in bridge groups and the Fallbrook Music Society. Both are active members at Fallbrook United Methodist Church.
