Paul Harris award presented to local Rotarian

Paul Seelye (left), past president of Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary Club and former Assistant Governor of District 5120, presents the coveted Paul Harris Foundation award to his father, Howard, of Fallbrook. Contributions made in Rotary founder Harris’ name are used in humanitarian, educational and cultural programs throughout the world.
