Palomar to air 'Tapping into Wellness'

SAN MARCOS — The spring lineup for Palomar College Television (PCTV) includes a show about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is explained in a 90-minute program, “Tapping into Wellness: Energy Medicine for the 21st Century.” The show will air in Northern San Diego April 14 and 21 at 10:30 p.m. Viewers with cable service may view the show on Cox channel 16 and Time Warner (formerly Adelphia) channel 67.

According to medical intuitive Susan Hannibal, “With the use of the EFT technique, fears, phobias and even chronic pain that used to take months or years of traditional treatment can now heal completely in a fraction of that time with little or no upset. This program introduces viewers to this safe, innovative, holistic, mind/body self-healing method that anyone, even children, can use.”

EFT is performed by gentle fingertip tapping on acupressure points on the face, hands and trunk while the subject focuses on the problem, blending the ancient Chinese art of acupuncture with traditional psychotherapeutic techniques.

Hannibal says that “EFT frequently works when nothing else will.”
