Artists demonstrate Word Play at Brandon Gallery

Between noon and 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, artists involved with “Word Play,” now on display in the Etcetera section of the Brandon Gallery, will demonstrate their work. Viviana Lombrozo will demonstrate stamping, Risa Gettler and Kathy Morgan will show word bleaching on dark paper, Susan Richardson will do journaling and bookmaking and Carrie Repking will work with collage, incorporating words.

The “Word Play” exhibit presents works that fuse images and words in celebration of National Poetry Month and Fallbrook’s Community Read. The show has been extended through May 31.

Brandon Gallery is at 105 North Main Avenue in Fallbrook. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call (760) 723-1330.
