Local bird tests positive for West Nile

SAN DIEGO — County Vector Control officials have announced that another dead crow, this one found in the Fallbrook area, has tested positive for West Nile virus. This is the fourth bird to test positive this year. To date, eight California counties are reporting cases of West Nile virus, though none in California have been human.
