Welk Resorts opens newly renovated Galleria Shopping complex

ESCONDIDO — Welk Resorts has announced the opening of their new Galleria Shopping complex. The Galleria has undergone a major renovation, giving patrons a bigger, lighter and roomier feel to the store and a fresh new cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The Galleria, a 3,200-square-foot building, features an extensive collection of women’s fashions, jewelry and a variety of art pieces for sale from creative local artisans. In addition, The Galleria will also be stocked with many Lawrence Welk logo souvenirs and CDs, DVDs and videos for fans to enjoy.

A few of the local artists in the Galleria include Doug Stenhouse (watercolor), Elizabeth Taft (oil) and Neill Ketchum (gilcee). The Galleria will offer many name brands of apparel, including Sigrid Olsen, Alfred Dunner, Koret, Sea Suns and Blast, along with jewelry by L&H Design, Hugo, White Widow and Starmat.
