'SOS' nonsense needs to stop

The community was warned about the union takeover of our Fallbrook High School District. Every warning that was given about the famous “SOS” union slate has proven to be true. The only one who doesn’t seem to be controlled by the union is Mr. Schulte.

Some teachers are sharing how Mr. Oder – a teacher, not a board member – brags about his control over Mr. Steffler and Mr. O’Connor. Mr. O’Connor consults with Mr. Oder to determine agenda items.

Mr. Oder brags about knowing what goes on in closed session before the administration knows. There have been gross violations of the Brown Act and other illegal actions that the union does not want the public to know about.

It is time for us, as a community, to put a stop to such nonsense. We want leadership, not individuals who terribly abuse their authority.

We are now forming a group of concerned citizens who want to provide top-rated quality education for the children in this community. I know that several of you have expressed concern – teachers, staff and parents – about what is happening with this new board.
