Attention, all citizens of North San Diego County

How much money did the County of San Diego spend in order to build that brand new county building over by Cal State San Marcos that houses the Assessor’s office and building department?

If you can believe it, in a very short period of time the County of San Diego will be making a decision to close or keep open the building department located in this brand new building in San Marcos.

What does that mean to you? If you want to check on your septic system or find out about adding an addition to your home or submit building plans you will have to drive on the I-15 parking lot to Ruffin Road in Kearny Mesa. It used to be that way and it was an absolute nightmare going down there to take care of business.

I think Bill Horn, who is in charge of District 5, should be fighting for us to keep the building department open in San Marcos.

I call on all individuals, especially those who donated to his campaign, to voice their opinion loudly about the matter to Bill Horn and insist that he fight for the citizens of North County.

Please contact Bill Horn, County Supervisor, by phone at 1-800-852-7335; by e-mail at [email protected]; or by letter or in person at 1600 Pacific Highway, Room 335, San Diego, CA 92101.
