FHS Sports Physical Night May 23

On the evening of Wednesday, May 23, Fallbrook High School will hold their annual Sports Physical Night. All new and returning students who intend to play sports at Fallbrook High during the 2007-2008 school year are required to have a physical prior to tryouts.

Because of the assistance of local volunteers, students can obtain a sports physical for a $10 donation on this evening. Lineup begins at 5:45 p.m. at the back door of the old gymnasium (by the pool); physicals will begin at 6:15 p.m.

A parent or guardian must accompany each student. No exceptions. Please bring your medical insurance card or copy of this card for your child’s athletic clearance. No one will be admitted after 7:45 p.m.
