Eagle Scouts complete projects

The Fallbrook Land Conservancy congratulates to all three of these Eagle Scouts on their accomplishments!

John Dorius from Troop 704 recently received a certificate of appreciation from the Fallbrook Land Conservancy for installing split rail fencing along Brook Road on the east side of the Dinwiddie Preserve. This Eagle Project will help protect sensitive native habitat from motorized vehicles driving off road.

Alec Kettenhofen of Troop 737 received a Certificate of Completion from the Fallbrook Land Conservancy for designing and installing pavers on the upper level patio at the Palomares House. This area is used by musicians at Stage Coach Sunday and other events throughout the year.

Jacob Ricks of Troop 725 has received a Certificate of Completion from the Fallbrook Land Conservancy by adding a section of Boardwalk at the Bonsall Preserve. This elevated boardwalk allows nature lovers and bird watchers to experience the wetlands and riparian habitat without damaging the sensitive native plants in the preserve. The Bonsall boardwalk has been set up as a continuing Eagle Scout Project destination for Scouts to add on to the boardwalk and complete their Eagle Scout ranking.
