'Pioneer of Year' honored

Dode Martin was honored as ‘Pioneer of the Year’ by the Fallbrook Historical Society at their annual luncheon held May 11 at the Grand Tradition. Martin is a long time resident of Fallbrook and a lifetime member of the Society since 1993.

McDougals honored by Historical Society

Earl and Beverly McDougal, longtime Fallbrook residents and owners of the Grand Tradition, were honored with the Vintage award for their many contributions to the Fallbrook Historical Society at the organization’s annual luncheon on May 11. They built and have owned the Grand Tradition for 23 years. Their children and grandchildren now manage the business.
