REINS provides therapy to all ages

FALLBROOK — REINS is a nonprofit organization that provides a therapeutic horsemanship program to physically challenged individuals of all ages. The program, under the direction of Debbie Shinner and program coordinator Shauna Jopes, has 50 volunteers who help the organization’s 170 students with riding therapy.

REINS has 20 horses that have been donated for use in the program. The horses are provided with excellent care by loving volunteers who feed, water and provide for their personal needs.
