Donna Blazi,

Donna Blazi, 71, died Saturday, May 12, 2007, in Fallbrook, CA from an auto accident. Born March 2, 1936, in San Angelo, Texas, she lived in Fallbrook for twelve years. She was a registered nurse. She was active in the Fallbrook senior citizens community, an active volunteer in Fallbrook School District, PTA, and the Fallbrook Ag Department. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and volunteered at the Fallbrook Arts Center, as well as at TOPS and with 4-H groups. She enjoyed playing bingo at the Oceanside Mission. She loved spending time with good friends and family. She is a person who touched many lives in a positive manner, the support that she lent to the members of 4-H and other youth groups will be long remembered.

Mrs. Blazi is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Bryan and Justina Blazi, Fallbrook; daughters and son-in-law Marcia & Ken Bunn and Georgianna Blazi, all of Fort Worth; brother Grey Blazi, Fort Worth; sister Lynett Bowman, Fort Worth; four grandchildren and grandson-in-law Jacqueline Blazi, Beverly Blazi and Dane Reichert, Jessica Blazi, Ashley Blazi, and one great grandchild Summer Blazi.

A private cremation is planned.

A memorial service is scheduled May 26 at Christ the King Lutheran Church at 10 a.m. in Fallbrook, 1620 S. Stage Coach, Fallbrook, CA 92028. Reception is to follow. Her ashes will be scattered at sea.
