Newcomers Club delivers donations

On May 14, 2007, the Fallbrook Newcomers Club donated food and supplies (the photograph shows just a portion of the contribution) totaling over $1,000 to the Fallbrook Food Pantry. Working from a “wish list”, the Fundraiser Committee members shopped for and delivered the donations directly to the Food Pantry.

The Newcomers Club fundraising effort is a yearly event and is an important part of the members’ tradition of giving back to the community. This year members raised over $2,000. The additional $1,000 that was raised by members was donated to the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary in the form of much needed supplies.
