Hectorine Provencher

Hectorine Provencher, 94, passed away May 26, 2007, in Fallbrook, CA. Born October 11, 1912, in Lewiston, ME, she was a resident of Fallbrook for 10 years.

Mrs. Provencher worked as an assembly worker for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine during WWII. She later worked in the same capacity for Lear Electronics for 15 years and also worked as a seamstress. She was a member of the Fallbrook Red Hat Society and enjoyed making crafts and sewing for her grandchildren.

Mrs. Provencher was preceded in death by her husband, Ledger Provencher, in 1996; sisters Carmen Menard, Leome Leger and Medea Hanna; and brothers Luma Guay and Ernest Guay. She is survived by daughter Sue Wilcox, Fallbrook; son Roland Provencher, CA; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
