Phyliss Ann Cook

Phyliss Ann Cook, 81, passed away May 26, 2007, in Fallbrook, CA. Born January 6, 1926, in Pasadena, CA, she was a resident of Fallbrook for 18 years. She was a member of the Fallbrook Garden Club, the Victorville Mustang Car Club and the Diamond Club of San Diego.

Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by sister Frances Pearne. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jack W. Cook; daughter and son-in-law Leslie Sue and Dennis Dillard, Cottage Grove, OR; son and daughter-in-law John and Sydney Cook, Mesa, AZ; sister Donna Hanney, Thousand Oaks, CA; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Friday, June 8, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Berry-Bell & Hall Mortuary, Fallbrook. Inurnment will take place Monday, June 11, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside.
