Outstanding readers honored with party

BONSALL — Select students at Bonsall Elementary School were honored with a special pizza party on Tuesday, June 12. The students who earned the honor were the highest achievers in the Accelerated Reader program.

The children read books throughout the year, take quizzes about what they’ve read and earn points. The party is held for the readers who score the greatest amount of points. The children enjoyed pizza and received certificates of recognition and goody bags.
