Fallbrook Chamber sponsors outreach meeting

The board of directors of the Fallbrook Area Chamber of Commerce and County of San Diego co-hosted a meeting with invited guests from other chambers of commerce from North County on June 13. The meeting introduced the county’s new On-Line Temporary Community Event Permit application and processing.

The Fallbrook Chamber has the great honor of being the first event organizer to use this new system in its application for the Fallbrook Christmas Parade, Saturday, December 1, 2007, and the Fallbrook Avocado Festival, Sunday, April 20, 2008. The Fallbrook Chamber regularly provides guidance and technical assistance to community organizations that plan, organize and conduct community events. This online system will provide an improved and timelier process for event organizers and the county.
