Youngren Construction creates new division: North County Window & Door

FALLBROOK — Youngren Construction Inc. announces the establishment of its wholly-owned division: North County Window & Door (NCW&D). Both Fallbrook-based companies are locally owned and operated by President Scott Youngren, a licensed general contractor who has served residents and businesses in the North County San Diego area since 1992. NCW&D’s mission is to improve the appearance, security and property value of residences and commercial facilities.

According to Youngren, he founded NCW&D as a new venture in 2004 to expand his construction business and lead it in a new direction, to better serve existing clients and to offer enhanced products and services to potential clients.

“While creating custom-built homes and performing complex remodels, we realized there was a need for a wider variety of door and window products,” he explains. “We filled that need by creating a new niche: North County Window & Door. In addition to an exceptional array of window and door products, we offer skilled workers, many with more than two decades of experience in their field.”

Youngren believes the synergy created by bringing together Youngren Construction and NCW&D has resulted in benefits to his clients. For example, he notes, “We have been able to combine the skills of our NCW&D window and door craftsmen with Youngren Construction’s vast experience in remodeling to successfully tackle unconventional and challenging replacement applications that most ordinary contractors would not attempt.
