Learn comic drawing at Fallbrook Library

As part of the annual summer reading program at Fallbrook Library, comic artist Billy Martinez will offer a demonstration and instruction in drawing comic art and designing dynamic facial expressions on Tuesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. Martinez, owner and publisher of Neko Press, has drawn and taught manga comic art for 10 years and has appeared at the annual Comic Convention (Comic-Con) in San Diego.
