Raffle to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs

FALLBROOK — Those interested in the chance to win $10,000 in cash, a $2,000 plasma television or a $1,000 laptop computer can purchase $100 raffle tickets from the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County. The drawing will be held on Friday, June 29, at 7:30 p.m. during the Hot Summer Nights event on Main Avenue.

Tickets for the drawing are available at the Major Market Customer Service Desk, El Tigre Market, El Toro Market or the Boys & Girls Club office at 445 East Ivy Street.

Abe Oliveras, CEO for the organization, said, “Only 300 tickets have been printed; however, we probably will sell less than 200 tickets total unless we have an onslaught of ticket sales on the day of the raffle. Your odds could be as good as 1 in two hundred. Winner need not be present to win!”
