Rainbow Girls also serve as big sisters

Young members of the Fallbrook Assembly of Rainbow Girls often look up to older members for guidance and assistance. The relationships made in the program often last for decades as the girls mature into womanhood.

Young ladies are accepted into Rainbow Girls based upon their individual characters. The Masons and Eastern Star Ladies are sponsors and moderators who ensure the organization is operating according to its principles.
