Learn history of San Pasqual Valley

ESCONDIDO — The San Diego Archaeological Center is pleased to announce a presentation by Rob Case on Saturday, July 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the center’s Second Saturday Visiting Scholar Series. This is the first presentation on Cultural Resource Management in the San Pasqual Valley, a two-part series introducing the archaeology and history of the valley.

The Condor Ridge site is located on the grounds of the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Admission to this lecture is free to center members, with a suggested donation for non-members.

Part two of this series – presented Saturday, October 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – is entitled “History on the Rocks: The Story of 160 Acres in the San Pasqual Valley.”
