Summer offers the perfect opportunity to spend a relaxing evening at Pala Mesa Resort enjoying live music and appreciating the tranquil setting of the surrounding mountains. The resort, known for it beautiful golf course, boasts a superb menu and luxurious rooms.

While dining at Aqua Terra Restaurant, enjoy live music and daily specials, such as lobster and clams Thursday and prime rib Sunday, or choose from the already wide variety of culinary delights. Twice a month, patio dining can be enjoyed amongst exhibits of artwork by local artists.

Aqua Terra offers something for everyone, from oysters and shrimp at the Sushi Bar to steak and lobster dinners. Enjoy the spectacular view overlooking the golf course from any location, whether inside the restaurant or outside on the patio. Entrees range in price from $14 to $37.

On June 29, diners were treated to music by Twice as Nice, while local painter Song Hye Joung Tibby displayed realistic wildlife, landscape and individual portraits depicting moments captured in time. Her goal, with every portrait she creates, is to embrace life while projecting a timeless quality.

Joung Tibby was born and raised in Taegu, South Korea. She currently resides in the neighboring community of Vista with her husband, Kent.
