Bisagna, Hartman win in home brew contest

Fallbrook residents Luke Bisagna and Michael Hartman won ribbons for their homemade beers at the San Diego County Fair’s home brew competition June 10.
Bisagna won a fourth-place ribbon in the Scottish and Irish Ale category, while Hartman took fifth place in the Light Hybrid Beer class.
A total of 644 bottles of beer were shown at the home brew contest.
