Healthy Woman Program offered July 26

FALLBROOK — The next Healthy Woman event will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 26, at Henry’s Farmers Market, located on College Boulevard at Highway 76 in Oceanside.

Featured presentations will include “Aromatherapy for Women” by Vicki Van Kainen, Holistic Healing Practitioner and Rehabilitation Services Director at Fallbrook Hospital, and “Top 10 Vitamins and Herbs for Women” by Janet Little, Certified Nutritionist at Henry’s Farmers Market. Learn about the benefits of aromatherapy and which vitamins and herbs are best for bone health, weight management, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menopause and stress.
