New political action committee announced

The newly formed 66th District Democratic Political Action Committee (66th DDPAC) will soon hold its first organizational meeting to formulate policy and structural issues in preparation for the 2008 elections. The primary purpose of the independent 66th DDPAC will be to actively engage in political activities and fundraising in support of Democratic Party candidates and principles with special emphasis on issues affecting residents of the District.

The 66th Assembly District bridges San Diego and Riverside counties, including the cities of Fallbrook, Rainbow, Bonsall, Hidden Meadows, Valley Center and Julian, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, Rubidoux, Glen Avon, Mira Loma, Pedley, Sunnyslope, El Cerrito and La Sierra.
