Chernicky-Taylor engaged

Lisa Chernicky and Josh Taylor, both of Fallbrook, have announced their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Chernicky of Fallbrook. She is a graduate of Fallbrook High School, class of 1995, and attended Palomar College and Saddleback College in Mission Viejo. She is employed by Model Call Salon in La Jolla as a hairstylist.

The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Taylor of Fallbrook. He is a graduate of Fallbrook High School, class of 1995, and SMU in Dallas, TX, class of 1999. He is employed by Estco Enterprises in Escondido, CA, as vice president.

The couple knew each other in high school and had classes together but never dated. Ten years later she “crank called” him on a mutual friend’s cell phone and once she divulged who she was, they met up and the relationship developed from there.

Their wedding will be on September 29 at the Omni Hotel in San Diego. The couple plan to honeymoon in Antigua. They will live in San Diego.
