Chili Cook-off needs chefs

FALLBROOK — Hot Summer Nights, sponsored by Fallbrook Connections networking group, needs contestants for its Chili Cook-off, set for Friday, August 31, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The event is held along Main Avenue in downtown Fallbrook, with the Ruthless Cowboys Band performing in the Village Square.

Awards for Best Chili and People’s Choice Chili will be given out the night of the event. Fred Ragland, previous contestant and judge, will once again be heading up the jury of three judges.
